How to control the good and bad thoughts and emotions going on in the mind?  Emotions arise from thinking, but emotions are deeper and more effective than thoughts and resolutions. To keep the mind happy and life successful, always having good feelings and good wishes towards everyone is the best management of emotions. In practical terms, no matter what feelings someone has, we should behave with good intentions towards him. His behavior or conversation should not influence , rather we should behave with him in such a way that our good conduct becomes effective on him. It is possible that his behavior may change,  because positive energy is more powerful than negativity. If we are disturbed by the unfair behavior of others and misbehave with them, then understand that our positive power has been defeated.

If you have faith in yourself,then no task seems impossible,nor does anyone's comment affect it. So instill in yourself the belief that you are always ready to learn something new at any stage of life. You can fulfill your responsibility without any sarcasm, but keep in mind that confidence does not turn into pride. I know it all or i can not do any mistake, like emotions stop progress. On the contrary, think that I am ready to learn and I know that mistakes can happen while learning, for which I take full responsibility. Such expressions are a sign of confidence and understanding. But, if there is some hesitation in your mind,then start with small steps. Like sharing your problem with someone close and experienced or making small changes in your working habits. This way the hesitation will go away. Your performance will keep getting better.

The ups and downs of life are not easily understood.  Sometimes the more we try to understand, the more we get confused. We keep running aimlessly and time keeps passing by. Obviously we don't like this kind of life very much. But the question is that life begins to seem so meaningless. Many times life goes through such ups and downs that we can not control. But there are some things which are in our hands.  These are the things on which working makes our life a little easier and comfortable.  We need to remember that we always have the power to take our life towards spontaneity.  How many times do we do something just to make others happy.  In life, it is also important to move forward on the path of your heart and your desires.  Listen to your inner voice, trust it. You feel yourself on the right path.
