We are always entangled in memories of the past and imagination of the future.  Disturbance comes from the past and the future. The present is the truth, where there is peace and happiness. Therefore it is better to live in this moment... No one except humans is living in the future. That is why only this humans are troubled. Trees are not troubled. You do not see trees going to psychologist. Animals and birds are also not troubled. Have you ever seen lines of tension and restlessness on the face of any animal or bird? Have you ever heard of any animals or bird going mad in the natural state of the forest?  Yes, sometimes circus animals go mad because of humans. The responsibility for this lies with humans. #Avoid the familiarities!

One thing to understand is that except for you and God, no other strength in the world can save you or you can not liberate from your suffering. Do not pray or do not do it, but to keep the truth in your karma and character. Come face some good reading, then read it. If instead of life, dissolve, God will change the way of their hard work. In the case, it means that what you have to do about your life, only you have to do it because you can not take any other good decision with your situation.

Our mind is filled with a lot of things. Most of us keep making our mind different with various tangled threads, from which it becomes difficult to wear a straight thread of choice.
