Humans often live under the illusion that their lives are influenced by external circumstances. However, life is driven not by external circumstances, but by thoughts arising within the inner self. Before any action, the mind undergoes a long process of contemplation.  This contemplation gives birth to thoughts that then take the form of behavior.  Thoughts process immense power, infinite energy, and the ability to change circumstances. Every thought of love or hate that arises in a person's mind returns to them forcefully. No force can stop it. This means that thoughts are never wasted. They are reflected and affect the person who gave birth to them.  Therefore, whatever a person thinks, so is what they experience. The entire universe is a manifestation of thoughts. Thoughts connect the soul with the divine.

Keep the phone somewhat. Turn off the TV and exit the house. Walk barefoot on the grass. see the sun. See the clouds. Look around the tree plants, feel around. Remember when it was before.

We are always entangled in memories of the past and imagination of the future.  Disturbance comes from the past and the future. The present is the truth, where there is peace and happiness. Therefore it is better to live in this moment... No one except humans is living in the future. That is why only this humans are troubled. Trees are not troubled. You do not see trees going to psychologist. Animals and birds are also not troubled. Have you ever seen lines of tension and restlessness on the face of any animal or bird? Have you ever heard of any animals or bird going mad in the natural state of the forest?  Yes, sometimes circus animals go mad because of humans. The responsibility for this lies with humans.
