Accept what needs to be changed.

Accept what needs to be changed. Accept its nature. Don't fight against it. When we accept something,we stop paying attention to it.  Once something is accepted, our attention shifts away from it. Therefore, learn to accept.  Accept everything you have. Accept your addictions too. Stop paying attention to them.  A misguided ascetic develops habit of penance, fasting and suppressing anger. When you fast, your mind is preoccupied with food all day. So don't create such habits. Try to transform your attention.  This is the right way to be free from addictions.

#Self talk is a good habit!

Talking to yourself is not madness, but knowing yourself, talking to your inner soul.
