We are always entangled in memories of the past and imagination of the future.

We are always entangled in memories of the past and imagination of the future.
Disturbance comes from the past and the future. The present is the truth, where there is peace and happiness. Therefore it is better to live in this moment... No one except humans is living in the future. That is why only this humans are troubled. Trees are not troubled. You do not see trees going to psychologist. Animals and birds are also not troubled. Have you ever seen lines of tension and restlessness on the face of any animal or bird? Have you ever heard of any animals or bird going mad in the natural state of the forest?
Yes, sometimes circus animals go mad because of humans. The responsibility for this lies with humans. No animal is made to live in a circus.
Imagine if there is a world of animals and man is locked in it, then what will be their condition?
Animals come to see and man is roaming around in the cage. In such a situation, man goes mad. Madness doesn't occur in the nature.
To be disturbed, a feeling of the past is needed, a feeling of the future is needed. Memories of the past are needed. The abuse that someone hurled at you ten years ago should still sting you. The abuse is gone, the person who hurled it is gone, time is gone, but it is still stinging you inside. You are holding on to it. You are carrying it. If the memories of years ago become a burden on your mind, you may become restless. Along with that, there should also be a future imagination that we will do this tomorrow. You will go mad being crushed between plans, imagination of the future and memories of the past. One who gets stuck between these two milestones can't escape.
The only truth is the present.

My Friend, Your post is interesting and reflective. You mentioned that we live in the future too. Rajani, I think our future is very much in question. Unfortunately, things are bad in the world, and it's getting worse and more dangerous.
    Rajani, I salute you!

  18. This is a beautiful post! It reminds me of the passage in Matthew 6:26, which says, "Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?" Thank you for sharing, and thanks for visiting my blog too!

  22. I love the opening line. I do think animals do suffer emotions and pain, but we as humans chose not to see it so we could eat them and mistreat them. More and more you read about creatures holding their dead babies mourning or being comforted by other animals...

  23. It's true, but there is a part of our minds over which we have no control. The best we can do is recognize that we are fretting about the past or future and us the more conscious part of our brains to try to tamp those feelings down.

  32. Hi there,

I wanted to share an important health testimonial that may help people seeking alternative treatment options. My name is Dylan Brandon from the UK. I was once a vaginal cancer and herpes patient, and at one point I was also diagnosed with a brain tumor and vaginal cancer. My doctor recommended Dr Jekawo Herbal Remedy and explained how he uses herbal medicines to treat a wide range of illnesses. At that point I was desperate and decided to contact Dr Jekawo by email after watching his documentary.

After explaining my situation, Dr Jekawo provided details about how his remedies work and how to purchase them through his website, [www.drjekawo.com](http://www.drjekawo.com). A week later the herbal medicines were shipped to me via courier. I followed the treatment for three weeks and experienced a full recovery from my brain tumor and vaginal cancer. The results were so remarkable that friends of mine with breast and prostate cancer also reached out to Dr Jekawo for treatment, and they too report being cured with his herbal medicines.

If you or someone you know is interested in contacting Dr Jekawo, his email is [drjekawo@gmail.com] and his website is [www.drjekawo.com](http://www.drjekawo.com). He states that he can treat a wide range of conditions including bladder cancer, brain cancer, HIV, herpes, esophageal cancer, gallbladder cancer, gestational trophoblastic disease, head and neck cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma, intestinal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, HPV, leukemia, liver cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, mesothelioma, adrenal cancer, bile duct cancer, bone cancer, multiple myeloma, neuroendocrine tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, oral cancer, ovarian cancer, sinus cancer, hepatitis A/B/C, skin cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, wart removal, lupus, spinal cancer, stomach cancer, testicular cancer, throat cancer, thyroid cancer, uterine cancer, fibroid, angiopathy, ataxia, arthritis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), fibromyalgia, fluoroquinolone toxicity syndrome, fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, Alzheimer disease, chronic diarrhea, COPD, Parkinson disease, adrenocortical carcinoma, infectious mononucleosis, vaginal cancer, and vulvar cancer.

I hope this information reaches those in need and offers an avenue to explore further options.

  38. This is such a powerful reflection. 🌿 You’re absolutely right, peace truly exists only in the present moment. When we let go of clinging to past hurts and the constant pressure of the future, life feels lighter and more natural, just like the trees and animals you mentioned. It’s a beautiful reminder that happiness isn’t something we chase ahead or search for behind us it’s already here, waiting in the now.
