Where there is love, there is no place for expectations!

Having expectations is a normal human nature.
Having expectations from others is not a bad thing.but one should be prepared for its consequences. Even a child has expectations from his parents that his hunger and thirst will be taken care of. As his life progresses, his expectations from family, society and government also increase. Not everyone can live up to our expectations, and when these are not fulfilled, it can have a negative impact on our quality. It can also change our outlook towards life. A person wants the best in every situation. And when this doesn't happen, disappointment arises. It is necessary to bear the pain of expectations being broken, and this should be seen as the result of karma of destiny. It is natural to accept that where there are expectations, there is suffering. Yet it is not difficult to adopt an open attitude towards the world. Before having expectations from others, we need to take care of our strength, ability and limitations. It is also true that it is better to stay away from a place where your expectations are not valued. With age, expectations also reduce and everything seems futile. Keeping yourself busy, spending time with loved ones and being absorbed in meditation is the solution to this sorrow.
Where there is love, there is no place for expectations. Be tolerant.

  13. 🪶 Hello, when opens on Monday,
🌿 The sun sets in silence and amplifies.
🌿 He gilds the roofs with gold and blazes the sidewalks,
🌿 Bluntly heralding summer in all its power.

🌿 The heat is imperative, imperious, sovereign,
🌿 And the air suspends its breath at the distant glow.
🌿 Let’s plan for the faithful benevolent companion water,
🌿 Because under this burning sky, she becomes alive.

🌿 That she quenches your thirst, that she soothes your step,
🌿 May she watch over your strength and keep you from below.
🌿 The fire of the day demands gentleness and vigilance,
🌿 And every slow gesture becomes elegance.

🌿 I wish you a week at a measured tempo,
🌿 Where the light dances without ever overwhelming you.
🌿 Yours truly, in sincere friendship, kiss 💋

    ReplyDelete
  18. This is such a thoughtful and profound reflection.
Expectations are indeed a natural part of being human, but learning how to live with them — and without them — is a lifelong journey. I especially resonate with the idea that where there is love, there should be no expectations. Love, in its purest form, asks for nothing in return.
Thank you for this gentle reminder.

  19. Hm. I will respectfully disagree. I have high expectations of myself and the people in my household. I think that helps them, and myself, to aim for something better than merely surviving. It gives us direction. Can those expectations be adjusted? Yes, and they are often. However, I'm a firm believer in setting plans/goals/hopes & then working like crazy to reach them. It's true, I can't expect things of people outside my control, and I think that's where we have to raise our hands and be okay with whatever comes.

🍃 May your footsteps resonate on the moving earth,
🍃Touching every sound of living nature.
🍃 That a curious stream, in its sincere detours,
🍃 Wall your thought with light whispers.

🍃 The wind, this confident with immaterial fingers,
