The most important thing to achieve peace in life is determination, consistent practice, and avoiding procrastination. Without walking, no endeavor can be successful.  The mind wonders at the beginning of meditation, but with continued effort, it gradually calms down, reducing anxiety and awakening wisdom. If we don't take our resolutions seriously, we may never find the time to fulfill them, as we are always preoccupied with something or the other.  Therefore, success in any endeavor is difficult without walking. 

#Rattling cause of problems

We show ourselves calm and happy to watch out, but there is a flurry in us. We have been thinking something else, doing something else. The difference between thinking and doing is the cause of problems in life. Focusing yourself to reduce sobbing, thinking about a subject and trying to do the same, will be able to reduce the chills.
