How to control the good and bad thoughts and emotions going on in the mind?  Emotions arise from thinking, but emotions are deeper and more effective than thoughts and resolutions. To keep the mind happy and life successful, always having good feelings and good wishes towards everyone is the best management of emotions. In practical terms, no matter what feelings someone has, we should behave with good intentions towards him. His behavior or conversation should not influence , rather we should behave with him in such a way that our good conduct becomes effective on him. It is possible that his behavior may change,  because positive energy is more powerful than negativity. If we are disturbed by the unfair behavior of others and misbehave with them, then understand that our positive power has been defeated.

Stress and anxiety are becoming a part of life. The way we deal with our anxiety tells us how creative and satisfying our lives are. Medicines to reduce anxiety are being consumed all over the world. But medicines are not a permanent solution.
The restlessness returns once the medication is stopped.
More than drugs, we need to be free from our inner fears.

  21. Medications are for short term. Anxiety has been around for ages but people did not talk about this as it was linked to mental illness. Beautiful illustration of being FREE slowly and then totally as the butterflies get bigger. Life seems to hav become more stressful despite the many modern conveniences available, I think we put too much pressure on ourselves. Relevant post for our current world.

  35. I believe in what you say here. Not always we can control our mind because we haven't been trained on it. Our emotions and daily conflicts lead us to estress and ansiety. Emotional inteligentia, shoud be an education subject for all of us.

  39. So true! Medications do not address the root causes. We have to practice reducing stressors just like any other facet of practicing good health, whether it's sleeping, eating, meditating, or working to change our circumstances.

    Nos tempos que vivemos nem sempre é fácil, e por vezes recorremos à ajuda de medicamentos . Mas isso não é solução para sempre…
