How to control the good and bad thoughts and emotions going on in the mind?  Emotions arise from thinking, but emotions are deeper and more effective than thoughts and resolutions. To keep the mind happy and life successful, always having good feelings and good wishes towards everyone is the best management of emotions. In practical terms, no matter what feelings someone has, we should behave with good intentions towards him. His behavior or conversation should not influence , rather we should behave with him in such a way that our good conduct becomes effective on him. It is possible that his behavior may change,  because positive energy is more powerful than negativity. If we are disturbed by the unfair behavior of others and misbehave with them, then understand that our positive power has been defeated.

Thoughts and feelings play a big role in our lives. Our desicions pass through the paths of emotions. Where is everything possible on the basis of logic. Heart and mind keep talking continuously. Emotions not only affect our desicions, but also their speed. Emotions have a deep sense of their own. Ignoring this fact limits us and is often harmful. When both the heart and mind are open, the expansion flows effortlessly towards us. Emotions reside in the whole body, not just in the mind. Instead of separating body and mind,we need to unite them.

  6. Notice from many blog friends that I also follow that there is more and more interest in how our body deals with emotions. I see it like this : It is a completely new way of looking at things, where we can finally discover how important our body is for our well-being. The body is also the leader. Because if you are comfortable in your body, you will also feel good in your head. Many do not like to show their emotions but I think that's human nature. But the body wants to show it and does so when you have too many emotions that you want out. Your mood can change just like that. And not everyone agrees that feelings and thoughts also play a role, because your feelings don't lie to you and let your thoughts see this. The feeling sends this message to your head and therefore to your thoughts. So I do agree with the statement you wrote because both with the emotion are important and who will ignore it can also receive many body complaints. This was still in my concept because I wanted to write about it once below a poem because many people experience it in a different way.   35. Yes, as you say, "Heart and mind keep talking continuously," but are not always in agreement. I like to believe there are both right ways and wrong ways, but never only one way to reach a destination. It is possible all roads lead to Rome, but what you find along varying routes often can be very different and meaningful.

    I am not sure it is possible to unite "body and mind" beyond the obvious, but the idea is thought-provoking and your posts certainly are stimulating, Rajani Rehana ....

  65. usually body and mind must work together, but it's not so. Two different works, Body is rapid, mind slowly and our feelings are always supported with two different ways or rapidity. Body needs one thing, mind sometimes blocks this, so our feelings are always some problems, until to arrive in two opposite direction and the feelings die
