We are always entangled in memories of the past and imagination of the future.  Disturbance comes from the past and the future. The present is the truth, where there is peace and happiness. Therefore it is better to live in this moment... No one except humans is living in the future. That is why only this humans are troubled. Trees are not troubled. You do not see trees going to psychologist. Animals and birds are also not troubled. Have you ever seen lines of tension and restlessness on the face of any animal or bird?
