The entire universe 🌌 is a manifestation of thoughts!

Humans often live under the illusion that their lives are influenced by external circumstances. However, life is driven not by external circumstances, but by thoughts arising within the inner self. Before any action, the mind undergoes a long process of contemplation.  This contemplation gives birth to thoughts that then take the form of behavior.  Thoughts process immense power, infinite energy, and the ability to change circumstances. Every thought of love or hate that arises in a person's mind returns to them forcefully. No force can stop it. This means that thoughts are never wasted. They are reflected and affect the person who gave birth to them.  Therefore, whatever a person thinks, so is what they experience. The entire universe is a manifestation of thoughts. Thoughts connect the soul with the divine.

Where there is love, there is no place for expectations!

Having expectations is a normal human nature.  Having expectations from others is not a bad thing.but one should be prepared for its consequences. Even a child has expectations from his parents that his hunger and thirst will be taken care of. As his life progresses,his expectations from family, society and government also increase. Not everyone can live up to our expectations, and when these are not fulfilled, it can have a negative impact on our quality. It can also change our outlook towards life. A person wants the best in every situation. And when this doesn't happen, disappointment arises. It is necessary to bear the pain of expectations being broken, and this should be seen as the result of karma of destiny. It is natural to accept that where there are expectations, there is suffering. Yet it is not difficult to adopt an open attitude towards the world.
